💌 What’s your returns policy?

I accept returns on all non-customised items, in accordance with EU regulations. If something isn’t quite right, you can contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Please note: personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable.

✈️ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide from Portugal. I use tracked and fast international shipping for all overseas orders so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

For national (Portugal) orders, I use the fast shipping aswell.

📦 How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on the destination:

- Europe: usually 3–7 working days

- USA/Canada/Australia: usually 1–3 weeks, but please allow up to 4 weeks due to customs delays

⏳ What’s your processing time?

Most orders are packed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons like Christmas or new product launches, it may take a little longer — up to 5 business days.
